Welcome to UTI town. Population: me.
Slight burning Tuesday night during my last pee of the day. Fine all day Wednesday but a repeat on Wednesday night. Slight burning again yesterday morning so I decided to make an appointment. White blood cells in my urine, UTI diagnosed, prescription written and filled.
Thank God I went to the doctor because it got really bad by last night! And it still sucks terribly today. Hopefully by tomorrow I will feel better. Just a little bump in the road though. As long as we get it cleared up it should not affect Baby Girl and that is all that matters.
Last night we did our hospital tour. I figured it was a little early for me (I am 24 weeks today!) but the lady who helped me with signing up for classes suggested this date so oh well. There were five of us ladies and sure enough, I was by far the least pregnant. It doesn't really matter though, it's not like I learned anything important that I have to worry about forgetting in the next three months. It was just nice to see where I will deliver. It's a really nice hospital! It made me very excited! And truthfully, if I had been really far along it probably would have just freaked me out. I haven't reached the "scared about labor" phase yet. I know it will come though!
I have been such a bad blogger lately but I am just always too lazy or have nothing exciting to tell you. But I thought today that we'd do a little belly pic display. Here are some I have collected:
First up, 15 weeks (she's just barely peeking):
And then 17 weeks:
And here we are at 21 weeks (that's not a maternity tank - I think that emphasizes things!):
And just a few days ago at 23 weeks 3 days:
Whoa, there she is in all her glory. No mistaking what's going on here:
Lovin' it! I love the belly, even though I think I look frightening naked. At least I feel cute in clothes!
Sorry for the anonymity, it's hubby's way. At least you know my hair color now! But I believe you will be rewarded with a pic of mom and baby once she arrives. You've all earned it for sticking with my crappy blog! Thanks for reading! 16 weeks to go...
Ewwww...poor Jill! Hope you're feeling better. :) Glad to hear that everything else is going well. Take care!
ReplyDeleteYou're looking so great!!! I hope that UTI is gone by now!
